the location was spot on, just a stone's throw away from a popular casino 🎰.

Central location not far from the beach "Frejus plage", friendly and helpful staff, very clean, newly renovated, permanently occupied front desk, good breakfast, sound-proof windows
Very small rooms, not enough storage possibilities, parking not included

We liked most of all the balance between price and quality. We paid 40 euro per day that is not really expensive at Riviera. The hotel is totally new, cleaners are funky: all was shining, every 2 days changed bed linen. It's 2 minutes walk to beach, 3 mins for restaurants- promenade and 2 mins for train station, that is in opposite side of street. сOnsidering that to travel across Riviera you need too moove by train among seaside this location is excellent! It's 1,5 minutes to walk to supermarket.
One of recepcionists was totally without any knowledge of Enlish and couldn't understand. We request to find a time-table airport of Nice and transportation there and it was like 40 mins of trying to understand each other

This was a magnificent and stunning location next to the beach and parking, the train station and tourist office, and ferry to St Tropez. It also was to everything which is great. There were very clean beds and an electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk inside the room. Greatly enjoyed a lovely bathroom.

They gave me single room with comfortable double bed, long French windows plus excellent shower. Every member of staff was very helpful. The location close to the beach was good and excellent. This hotel was set in a coastal area:)))

The room is soundproof with an individual safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card; the staff is very helpful and excellent; and the location is fantastic, just a short walk to everywhere.

Location and value for money
Chose not to eat breakfast there. Ate in local cafe at half the price.

Amazing place to stay during my short 2-day trip, with a great location near the train station and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Front desk service was 24hour, so no passwords or entry codes. Despite being on a main road, the soundproofing did its job and there was hardly any road noise - or from trains, though the station is right opposite. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower a good size, as was the bed, which was also very comfortable. Location is excellent for station and shops. The beach is not far away.
There was some internal noise. Though that came from fellow guests, it was not the hotel's responsibility perhaps, but if as much attention had been paid to internal soundproofing as to external, it would have been better for this light sleeper. Storage space for clothes etc. was inadequate and even in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang the towels.

Nice and completely renovated hotel with excellent location in the city center, few steps from train station and not far from the beach and port. We had all we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, nice and spacious bathroom with all facilities. Room was quiet although facing the street, soundproof windows really helped. Staff was helpful and kind. Really good choice.
Room was rather small with minimalistic wardrobe and lack of storage possibilities. But in this category still better than others. Good value for the money.

The hotel was clean. Everyone working there was excellent. Its location near Knights' Square was particularly good. It was amazing to be within walking distance from a train station.

Short walk from hotel to train station and a few blocks from the Mediterranean Sea. Adequate room.
Breakfast buffet is overpriced and if you're not one of the early birds, some of the food may be gone and is not replaced.
